Grillstock is a vibrant festival that brings together food, fun, and entertainment for the whole family at Buck Thomas Park. Hosted by the Moore Chamber of Commerce and supported by many local partners, this event offers something for everyone to enjoy.

The festival also features a KCBS-Sanctioned BBQ Competition, where top barbecue teams compete for glory, serving up mouthwatering flavors for certified judges. This is the only KCBS-sanctioned BBQ competition in the metro area, making it a must-see for any BBQ enthusiast! Back again this year, the Guns & Hoses BBQ competition brings our police and fire departments head-to-head in a crowd-favorite cook-off. Fire claimed the trophy last year — will they defend their title, or will the police bring home the gold? Beyond bragging rights, this sizzling showdown also supports local charitable efforts, making it a win-win for our community and the heroes who serve it.
The Marketplace is where you can shop and indulge! Explore a variety of vendors offering unique products, enjoy delicious meals from food trucks, and sip on refreshing drinks in the Beer Garden. Plus, don’t miss the Kids Zone, filled with fun activities to keep the little ones entertained while you shop and explore the festival.
